Effective June 11, 2026
When you upload a DNA file, it is processed entirely in server memory: parsed, compared against the reference database, and used to render your report. It is never written to disk, never logged, and never retained, it is discarded as soon as your report is returned. PDF generation works the same way: the report data is sent from your browser, rendered to a PDF in memory, returned to you, and discarded. We have no copy of your genetic data, and no way to recover it.
If you choose to support Clariome, payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. We never see or store your card details. Stripe acts as an independent controller for that payment under its own privacy policy.
Because we keep no personal data about you beyond short-lived technical logs, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. You still have all rights under the GDPR (access, erasure, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority). For any privacy question or request, contact contact@clariome.io.
The Service is not directed at children and must not be used by anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
